You may schedule an appointment by calling during office hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 5:00PM
Saturday: available by appointment

If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call far enough in advance so that we may use that time for another patient.

We recognize the value of your time, so we do our best to keep your appointment on schedule. However, unforeseen delays may arise from surgical procedures, deliveries or emergency patients. If the doctor is delayed, we will attempt to notify you before you come to the office or upon your arrival. You may wait for the physician, or reschedule your appointment. Your patience in these matters is greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to call the doctor for any of your medical needs.

We do try to answer and return your calls promptly. If you feel that your medical problem is of an urgent nature, do emphasize this fact to the receptionist and/or nursing staff.

Please place all non-emergency calls during office hours, for it is at this time that we have access to your medical records.

We have many incoming lines. You may be asked if you have an emergency. If your call is not an emergency, you may be asked to be put on hold when you call. Please bear with us. Your call will be taken as promptly as possible.

Emergencies:

Emergencies will always receive priority regardless of the day or time.

If it is a life threatening situation call 911 and /or go to the closest hospital !!!

CALL THE PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY if you have abnormally heavy bleeding, severe pain, or other urgent problems.

Prescriptions and Renewals:

All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.
